Acuity is a value-added reseller of Siemens Product Lifecycle Management software. As referral sales have slowed over the years, they reached out to Conveyor in search of a more proactive approach to their business development.

Working closely with Acuity’s team, we built a detailed marketing and messaging strategy from the ground up. A core messaging workshop laid the foundation for buyer persona research, messaging development and content strategy. We then leveraged these to align Acuity’s web presence, building them a brand new website and a set of media recommendations to further connect them with their customers.

As a result of this partnership, Acuity now has a detailed understanding of their customers, a refined set of tools with which to market themselves, and a long-term vision for the growth and success of their marketing initiatives. Through consistent design, photography and copy, their brand voice and identity is more clearly defined than ever, focused on the benefits of working with premium software and a one-of-a-kind team.
