When One Community Health renamed its organization and needed help researching and drafting a comprehensive communications strategy, it turned to Conveyor. The longstanding provider offers integrated medical, dental and behavioral healthcare throughout the Columbia Gorge area. The organization needed a marketing partner to support the clear mission and vision established by its board.

To create a communications strategy, we interviewed key stakeholders, developed patient personas and conducted market research to focus the brand messaging and positioning. The strategy highlighted the relevance of One Community Health in the region, built a framework for engaging marketing tactics and positioned the organization as a leading healthcare provider, both regionally and nationally.

With the strategy in hand, we also drafted and executed a multilingual patient survey and engagement plan. The plan sought to deepen engagement with the patient community and enhance the organization's marketing program with targeted campaigns. As a result, the organization has clear marketing tactics to deploy and a better understanding of the needs of both its current and potential patient population.
